That's a really good price for that. As I mentioned I have one of those on my '93 FXDL with a Barnett Extra Plate kit. It's a super easy pull. Be aware though that it moves the end of the cable closer to the housing. Hence the spacer on the outside. But some experience not enough movement to fully disengage the clutch. Just saying. Some do, some don't. I surely don't have an issue with mine. Mine is a Burley Brand. Looks to be the same.
I remember back in the day I installed some square spring loaded contraption on lever of the old lady's Sportster. It was adjustable and she just had hand surgery but still wanted to ride. I took it off and went a different route after she accidentally wheelied it across the street!

I opted to use the 21 deg ramp and see how that works. The fitment of the ez pull component I posted does note bode well with the '91 side cover and cable pull linkage off 18 deg ramp. Seemed to fit ok with the '04 ramp 21 deg linkage. It could be modified easily for the '91 components should the 21 deg ramp not work out.
I have another issue. There's a new oring oil seal that came with the new sprocket. I also have the used one. But for the life of me I cannot locate it in any drawing assy or instructions. Not sure where it goes.

This is the only config that makes sense to me is in-between main bearing and spacer. See following pics.
Yep. Slide it over the splines then put the spacer on. Dry only, no sealant. That sure is shiny ground strap, where'd you get it?
Thx. Ordered new ground strap direct from Ronnie's HD. Love their online microphiche for oem parts. Not the fastest shipping, but most of the time that's ok. Great pricing too. https://partsfinder.onlinemicrofiche...artsfinder.htm
New main sprocket is in, rear wheel is on and new belt is tensioned. Now that feels like a milestone. Shouldn't take too much longer.
Oh and forgot to mention, I got a few extra days to work on it this past week due to being off work cuz Covid caught up with me. Mostly just sinus symptoms. Nothing crazy.
