Have you read of any issues with an OEM Evo lifter?
Well I was around for the EVO. Still own one and ride it . While they did have a fair run with out a lot of failures during the EVO times I stand by what I said.
The OEM "B" lifters held up fairly well in the EVO's, but others didn't do as well. HD has changed the country of origin for many parts, including lifters. So I tend to go with S&S because of past experience with the quality of their parts. That's not to say they don't have failures or defects out of the box, they do.
Or the real Johnson Hylifts... Tho I have a "project" that I am about to "try" Cyco Lifters..
BTW Interesting cam choice for a Bagger... Report back please
Let us know how they work out in comparison to others. It would seem that Hylift-Johnson Evolution lifters are not available anymore. I currently have a set I'm running I bought from AMS Machine and Supply in Texas, and they don't offer them anymore. I believe Topline owns H-J now, but who knows. Maybe someone can shed some light. Lots of Chinese made lifters on Ebay, and I don't know if all aren't made from China now.

I bought a set of Hylift EVO lifters from Larry last year and the box said they were part of Topline Automotive. I actually just got around to installing them last week and so far so good. They look like a well made product and were about 1/2 the cost of OEM.
Oem lifter from a stock engine with less than 10k, found a loose roller searching for a new noise that showed up.
This was back in '11, it's hit and miss, the vendor probably changed a couple times since then.
Hylift Johnson is so backlogged with orders I don't know when they'll be available.
I do have their race lifter in stock. These have a little more internal clearance than stock so they might be ticking at idle in a hot motor.
I sell these with the travel limiters so it's not much of a problem but if you're looking for a dead quiet lifter this ain't it.
In a running motor there's no difference.
I don't have them listed in my online store right now so if you think it's something you want PM me.

I will certainly report on the Cyco Lifters.. my suspicion is that they will bleed too fast... noisy maybe, at low RPM. Might require travel limiters. But, I have heard of Twinky guys having good luck with them... tho, Apples vs Potatoes

I have been Assuming (bad thing), that the 13 was better suited to "Lighter Bikes"... but, IDK
Edit; Proof IDK... I was thinking of the EV3 not 13 Apologies...

Very Bad JuJu
Shaft looks to be Soft... look at the fretting the rollers have caused!!!
The EV13 with an intake closing of 31 degrees looks a good cam choice for heavier bikes. The specs look similar to the Crane Fireball 300-2b, which pulled well off idle through about 4500 RPMs. The EV27 is another option that comes on the cam a little later, but tends to be noisier. There are other good choices.
