New regulator
The wire's going from the Reg to the bike harness 2 of them
One goes to a ground point usually to the frame and the other goes to the 50amp main circuit breaker
If all that ck's out good I think a Regulator could be next.
Are you anywhere near Georgetown Tx and indy i know there stocks Cycle Electric stuff.
In the past has been good to still have EVO stuff.

If the breaker was bad you would have a loss of power most everything.
Ck the condition of the connector going to the stator really good. Very common failure point

So since you know that the stater has output voltage ( and good to the input side of the regulator), have you made sure that the ground off the regulator is well grounded, and you are checking the output voltage on the main breaker on the positive gold side. Hence voltage regulator goes to gold side, and battery is connected to silver side, down line of the breaker (that may be the breaker itself has gone bad).

To add, you can go to any autoparts store and pick up a 50 amp main breaker that is the correct amperage and size. If it has the back strap on the breaker, just uses a grinder to break the back strap spot welds to remove the strap, and will fit into the breaker holder on the bike.

If push comes to shove, easy to remove the main breaker metal cover by using a pick tool to push the cap peen sides outwards, to just clean up the contact to the silver post side and heat flex blade, to get it back up and working, them peen the cover back on.
