Maybe you can cut all the battery box and guard off the original support and make it work.
Ohh good catch. Wasnt even paying attention there lol.

I was considering making an L bracket and drilling through the frame. But I'll take a look and see if I can fab the original battery box. Would probably be less "invasive".

Got the tires on finally. It's starting to really come together. Custom Saddlemen seat should be arriving tomorrow, black with the red stitching should go nicely with it all.

no offense taken, it wouldn't be the first time I put something on backward. but no it's the same dimensions on both sides of the fork. It's just the angle of the photo mixed with weird lighting reflections that make it look a little smaller on the backside. from the side its perfectly even.

What we're looking at is that usually the end with more radius or more rounded off usually goes forward.
It could be the picture angles, and it just may be identical front and rear, but in this picture it looks like it may have more radius on one end..

I think y'all may be right. looking at it again there's a slight difference in the arc that is coming off the fork mount

Seat finally came in. I went with the saddlemen extended reach version since I'm 6'4", it's nice to have that extra inch. Only thing is that means I had to use their '08+ seat, which has a much different front lip due to the larger gas tank. Nothing a little bit of work with a heat gun and some elbow grease couldn't fix though. Got that front lip molded down to where it needs to be and looks like it was built for this bike. Now I just need to build a bracket to mount the front to. But that shouldn't be too tough, I have some sheet metal I am going to cut and bend, and then ill bolt it directly onto where my original tab was bolted to. The first pic is after remolding the seat, the other two images are before.

Also spun that front fender around lol. Y'all were right, the difference is minimal, but there is a difference nonetheless. Crazy how I couldn't even catch that in person but y'all did through crappy internet images.
