Guess I'll pull it down and recheck the bushings. Though it occurs that the hh sintered pads maybe to aggressive, seems strange though.

I always thought the Sintered pads and Ceramic pads are really used for high heat applications like in racing. The hotter the rotor gets the better the pads bite but with our street machines I don't believe any of that's necessary and I might be one of the few saying that but I truly believe that a good organic Kevlar pad will actually suit the street better..

Yes...Especially with Iron Rotors..

That's a quick and easy try, I'll refit the organic pads and go for a spin. Might have time this week.

It is, kevlar's a great bonding material that helps to produce less dust and helps to dissipate heat better..

Fixed, new poly handlebar bushings took care of the torsion. Everything else checked out.
