The cleanest most serviceable path for me to run my cone nose ignition to my coil under the tanks, is parallel about 6 inches with my alternator wiring. Then right up the front down tube to where my coils at.
My concern, is it a thing to get interference running parallel with the alternator wires even for that 6 inches of distance? I can route them on the other side of the downtube, so there’d be an inch between them, but they still be running parallel for six or 7 inches. I just don’t want any weird interference issues, but I really hate to give up that pathway seeing how it’s the nearest and cleanest way.
If I “Have too” I could relocate my coil to where all that Satan inspired ECU and giant 4 lbs snake harness use to sit under the right side.

Beam Me Up Scotty...
Depending on how long the harness is I would run it up the center support then the backbone to the coils.. But that's just me.. I strive to get a clean look to a reasonable extent..

On a Road king there is no center post.. and the ignition 2000i leads are not long enough without extending to do it any other way.
