Have a look at this thread as I think it covers what you are after (I did a search top right hand cnr on 32448-98B) https://www.hdforums.com/forum/ignit...road-king.html

So yes, spa3 will work, and all your giving up in the tilt kill switch of the oem sensor if you drop the bike.
As for install, if bike is carbed, then scribe the V on the old cam sensor plate to inside of nose cover before you remove the old sensor, then install the new sensor to same V scribe mark using the slots for plate retainer bolts. You don't do this with pre scribing the sensor V to case before you remove it, and lose the timing mark of the old sensor to can chest cover, then going to need to break out timing light to open timing cover on other side of the engine, so you can time the sensor correctly again.
If bike is MM FI, then instead of using the slots for the bolts with V scribe marks, use the round holes for the plate retainer bolts will cable straight down towards cam cover hole for sensor wire. The ecm will take car of sensor timing,
and the cam sensor pick up cups are different between carbed and FI motors.
Note, cam cup 12 in top photo is for FI bikes, while cup 13 is for carb'd bikes, and both take the same cam position sensor itself.
As for end plastic connector that your going to de-pin to use on the new sensor (located on bike at rear brake pressure sensor, so go under the frame to get to it), take a photo of which wire goes where, and make sure to re-pin the new sensor wires in the same holes. IIRQ one of the sensor wires will be different color between old and new sensors, but if you make sure that the same color wires are at the same pin location on the connector, then off color will can only go to third location.
Your Deutsch 3 pin cam sensor connector that your going to use with the new sensor, how it comes apart to de-pin and re-pin it by pulling 23 in top photor, so don't be clipping the new sensor wires. Also, when you re-run the cam sensor wires down the frame back to the connector to plug it back into to it matting connector, make sure to run the cable in the same location.

In the cps side connector, pull the green centering pin with a pair of needle nose pliers. Once removed you will see tiny little black prongs that hold the pins in the connector. With a small screw drive gently pry the locking prong away from the pin and slide the pin out of the connector. I always take a pic of the wiring color coding for reference when assembling back into the connector.

But yes, someone may but it for that price, since not aware that you can use the aftermarket MC-SPA3 instead.
As for the spa3 sensors, can pick the up from amazon without any shipping charges,
