Why not just forget the diaphram type and use a standard issue petcock? Also, tjdunn you might want to stick you pinky up thehole in the tank with a rag to get all the crude that accumulates around the hole.

In all reallity the fuel petcock seems to be a part harley could have spent a little more time on. For a high end bike its a low end part. Makes you wonder where the money goes.
