Seafoam
Ok, they're fixing the search feature, so lighten up.
Took the pipes off last night and noticed an appreciable amount of carbon on the piston and in the pipes. I have a big sucker air cleaner and any oil from venting gets sucked into the carb and this may explain the carbon.
I've usedSeafoam for years sucking it in through vacuum lines, and spraying it in the carbs of 2-stroke engines. I've never used it on the HD becauseof the high compression. Has anybody sprayed Seaform directly in the carb to remove engine carbon without screwing anything up?

Save your money on Seafoam. If you want to clean up your top end, you can use a spray bottle to spray water in the intake with the engine running on a fast idle. The water will turn to steam and clean the piston tops, heads, and valves. Hot rodders have been doing this trick for decades.
