I'm kinda surprised they had an EVO there.. You may be able to check the part number in the cataloge yourself, save a little dependance on them..

Didn't mean to rain on your parade If thats an evo motor(not a twin cam) it should work Pretty scary when a HD dealer doesn't know stuff like this! See if you can get a better price Call SMHD ( Milwaukee) ask for Rat 1-262-478-0442 See what his price is You can adapt a twin cam to fit an evo set up

Get internet parts from Zanotti's HD. They give at least 20% off and are usually about 1/2 of what a local dealer wants. you can Email them at info@zanottimotor.com.
A new Silver and Polished Evo lists for $2,995.00, Chicago HD wants $2,396.00. You can contact them with any questions at vtwin@chicagoharley.com.
West Virginia Harley Davidson has been advertising the motors for $2800 for a few years.Their ad is in the back of almost every Easyriders mag.from WVHD. $2749 delivered.
