Jirehcycles.com has lots of heat shields with a $70 one being the most expensive I see. Hard to tell what fits what, though.

I don't think I ever posted a pic after installing the Fulsac. A much cleaner look, and it sounds great. Here's the bike last Spring (other minor changes since, the most noticeable being CB removal):

How should I go about cutting the flange off my pipe to fit a set of Samson mufflers from a 2004 Electraglide classic on it? Would my Milwaukee sawsall with a fine metal blade work good enough if I took my time? Anything I should do to make sure the cut is a clean one? Thanks!

That would work but.... I've seen muffler shops do it and the ends (on regular pipe) look like crap. Get a cheap tubing cutter large enough to do it. They look like a pipe cutter, just made cheaper... or borrow a pipe cutter.

I used a hack saw and just took my time. you need to cut it tight enough to slip the muffler over the pipe . my left side always seemed looser then the right side, and I had the muffler slip off twice before I put the dog bite on it.,,

A mechanic at work talked me into trying a ceramic sawzall blade. That didn't work so swell. I used the finest metal blade that I had and it worked perfect!

My left one bolted right up real easy too, but the right side was a bastard! Are these pipes the same size????? I have to say that these Samsons sound AWESOME!
