With all the work you've done it's a shame to install a "canned" program that might get you close. Even though it's running rich you really need to let a factory trained/approved PCIII tuning center dial it in. You will be amazed. However, they guy that does this in my area saves all of the various tunes, maybe yours does the same and can give you one that is close, or, contact Dynojet and see what they say. But I can't say enough about tuning on the dyno. If you go to their website you could find a tuning center near you. You'll never regret it. Both the Road King and the Softail have been done.
