No not yet. I winterized it by turning off petcock and running the bike until fuel is out of the lines as well as pulling the battery out and put on the battery tender. Soon I'll take out the carb and clean it and check float bowl and replace one of the carb hoses as it has a serious bend in it which may cause some diturbance in air flow. After mounting the carb back on I'll spray for intake leak and if that is fine I'll adjust mixture screw to make sure it isn't running lean. Hoping it is the later of all these!!!!

I second, third? er forth the vacum leak.
I'm gonna think it happenin', cruisin' light throttle, maybe off the pilot jet and starting on the needle.
If it "all of a sudden" started, something is sucking air, or could got some fuel your scoot doesn't like.
It's easy to check for leaks, then try another brand of fuel.
Then rip it down, but try easiest(cheapest ) first.
let us know......

If it weren't for my bike and the relief it gives me when I take it out, my wife and kids would be chopped up and all put in small boxes in the cellar!
"Honey where'd you put that really sharp ax I bought"??

I'm not saying it cant be a vaccuum leak, but you guys do know there is little to no vacuum at high RPM's right? Again, not arguing, but it sounds like he running out of fuel..

If it is running out of fuel at high RPM, it won't help to back out the idle mixture adjustment, as that only effects the low end. Might need to go to a larger main jet, if you don't find anything in the carb causing it. I have a 45 slow jet, and an 80 main jet in mine for a reference. Thats with drag pipes and a K&N air filter.

Perhaps the vacuum shut off part in the fuel valve is weak and partially closing, restricting the fuel flow???
