I know it's in the US, but I have been asked the the question many times.
Someone wrote a book about it. I think the title is "One of our 50 is missing".

I like Autolite Radian plug. Like platinum. Good burn.

I have a little two stroke 800 watt generator made in chiwan. Had a hell of a time starting it and it died from time to time for no reason taht I could find.

Swapped the chiwan plug out for the OEM HD plug and it has run properly ever since.

I know this doesn't help too much, we use either Champions or Autolites. It's our customers choice which one. Both work well, copper ones work better. If you change the plugs when you change the oil you should never have a problem.

Make sure You get genuine Champion plugs. Fake Champs are manufactured in China, bad quality (Oh! Really?). Those are of 2-piece construction, usually snapping off so You end up with a threaded piece in cylinder head and the other part of the plug in Your hand.

I just got a set of RN12YC from local Champion store, which I`ve found recently. Sure those are genuine.

I tried many other brands, GM, NGK, Screamin Eagle V-Split (those are good, too) and some european plugs. Champion is the best choice.

Yes, I know. Nothing new in this post.
Try Screamin Ealge V-Split plugs, made by Split Fire.

I run the standard NGK's but I have SE heads so they are the twin cam 12mm, never had a problem with them and I normally buy them in 10 packs online for a cheaper price.

I use to take the Harley plugs for my 84 Sportster, and using a zona saw, I split the electrode to make splitfire plugs out of them. I thought they did work better. More power and easier starting.
