I finally found time to further diag my problem of losing power at or around 70 mph. I've been riding my Wideglide and missing the compfort of the electraglide. I was following the pinpoint test in the shop manual where it states to run a wire from the battery to the coil. When I tried to drain the gas tank it would barely trickle out. I had just installed the vacuum bypass kit in the petcock and did not see and restrictions and was flowing fine. I guess letting the bike sit caused the restriction. I removed the fuel tank and drained the fuel. I completely disassembled the petcock and found pieces of the old diaphram in the turn valve holes. I replaced the petcock with an on/off style. The bike runs great. I have put close to 200 miles on it since the repair. Thanks for everyones help.
