new clutch break in?

Default new clutch break in?

Just installed new mtwins clutch plates, is there a break in procedure or can i ride it like i stole it?

I'm not familar with that type of clutch but when I installed my barnett clutch pack I just rode it like it had been in there for years.

Just ride it, no break in but re-check adjustment after 500 miles.

Like others have already said....just install and ride. Just make sure the clutch is adjusted properly though. Check and lube the cable as well.

I actually have a friend that installed a new clutch on his Softail and a week later....his clutch cable snapped at the end. Anyways, after installation....check everything that is clutch related.
