'90' FLHS Front Fork Air Control Question
On the left side of the 1990 FLHS Front Fork Air Control system thers is a manifold block with eight male spade connectors four in each row. Attached to 5 of these connector are black wires. One goes to a ground another ones runs down the left fork and disappears the other three go into a wireing harness. I have no Idea what the wires control and to make matters worse a couple have become disconnected from the manifold and I dont know which spade they hook to. I have looked in the service manual and parts book even the wireing diagram and still cant figure it out.
Any ideas or thoughts?

That is a grounding block, all the black wires are grounds. The spade gang is just screwed to the air control. One wire from the air control goes to the front brake light wire (it is very long) to activate the control, I think the other goes to ground. When operating properly, with the ignition on, when you apply the front brake you will hear it click. Hope this helps, I will look in my manual and see what I can find or make sence of.
Yup, just looked at my wire diagram, one wire goes to the ground spade block and the other goes to the brake light wire to the hand control. As for the rest of the grounds, the diagram shows them, but not the spade gang. Its just there as a "central" ground spot.
