I ordered some Hydralift Lifters for my 1998 FXDWG from Parts4Powertoys....I am in NZ and they are in Canada.....the parts didn't arrive :-( but Roman, the guy who I was dealing with sent me another set and upgraded the postage to FedEx and absorbed the extra postage costs to recompense me for the inconvenience.
Helluva nice bunch to deal with and really switched on regarding customer service.
It is good to know about companies that have great customer service.
I had sorta the same experience with Jagg. I bought a oil filter adapter to make it easier to install an oil cooler. The one I bought I wasn't happy with as the oil filter rubbed on the stator plug and called them and they sent me the the offset one that is supposed to go in TCs. It costs about $40 more and they didn't charge me a dime to change them out.
