Ok, I picked up this 95 FLSTC and the previous owner put an aftermarket oil temp dipstick on it, which doesnt have any markings for fill level. This is my first Softail and I'm not familar with doing a visual / finger check for oil level.
Any help would be appricated as I just changed the oil and want to make sure I'm at the right level before going for a run.

 

With the bike upright and oil warm, half way between the marks is good. Maybe you can match your's up with one of them in the attached picture to get an idea of where halfway is..

If you can stick your finger in the tank and get oil past the first knuckle, it's got plenty. Just eyeball it. It doesn't have to be exact.
