Here's a link to S & S Super E carb set -up and adjustments. I'm running a super-e with open air filter and a 2 into 1 pipe on my 80" evo: .072 main jet and .295 intermediate. If not the idle cable, or vacuum leak, check accelerater pump adjustment screw and follow set up on the link. Good luck.
