I just purchased a 1996 Tourglide Ultra with 64,000 miles for $5995.00. Now for the good stuff, Factory Reman engine 3,000 miles ago, drive belt and sprokets replaced, new exhaust & mufflers, stage one AC Progressive 440 shocks, Progressive front springs and touring link. Now for the not so good, radio did not have any volume, cb, intercom, & tour pack speakers do not work. Oh, still have 9 months warranty on engine from HD.
Great price and deal. Send the radio to Radio Sound. They have a Flat Fee repair.

From the pictures, it is not an Ultra, so it would not have the CB/Intercom. When my EVO had the paint peel, I cleaned it with carburetor cleaner and painted it with flat engine paint. I kept some for touch up and it looked great. And if the motor ever needs an update, the Harley Reman program will fix the paint on the motor.
