Post this over on the Shovelhead section which is under classic forum. Big inch, twisted biker or Alcherry will get you straight. Not any kickers here in EVO land.
On a serious note...it does sound advanced or lean, I would re-time very carefully and then re-adjust the carby and try again....if that fails, and it runs Ok but just bites, then I would buy a pair of big ****-off boots :-)
My Ironhead liked to bite people but I had the boots for it...and the weight in those days ;-)
