Sorry. Hard to diagnose on the Internet I guess so when it was an easy fix I forgot to reply.
I don't even know exactly what it was since I wasn't there when my buddy fixed it. I had just dropped it off because he wasn't home and then he calls me later that evening and said it was fixed.
But it was some sort if nut on the clutch that had fallen off inside the primary and therefore left the clutch engaged. He fixed that and readjusted everything in like 30 minutes. Just grateful that both times it's broken down on me it's been an easy and free fix.
Must have been the adjustment lock nut. I have also seen the snap ring that holds the small plate in the clutch to break and the clutch would not engage. You just never know untill you get in there. I always check the simple stuff first, but then sometimes I have to say, "Well! that wasn't it.
