I'm not sure, but I don't think you can get one resistor large enough to give you the load you need. I think you need around 25 watts per light you replace. It has to equal the light you removed.
That's What I read here too . For the life of me I can't find the damned thread. I swear it is somewhere from 2012 in the softail section. I searched the forum and also the forum via Google (some say this is better). Subtract the new bulb's resistance from the OEM and the remaining value is +/- 5% of the resistor needed.

so i went out and bought this today from autozone for 14 bucks the manager said i could bring it back if it didnt fix my prob i figured it was worth a shot what you guys think
That'll probably work, now you just gotta find a place to put them. Only attach them to the blinker part of the bulb, not the running light. And they do get "hot".

Thanks better then spending a Hundo as far as getting hot I won't use them unless seine is behind me
