Nothing much, got the cam,pushrods,..OHH, and also the METAL breather tube.
Dropped the oil pan to clean it out,actually was reallt clean.But i just wanted to make sure
Where is the best place to get the lifters for the money?

Im putting new stock lifters back in that will do fine for not much cash. Why, because I figure Ill change them again in 40K mi any way. Adj pushrods make that an easy do.

Yea, I ordered adjustable pushrods as well.I guess stock lifters is what i'm getting too.

Will be couple weeks befor i get the top end back from Hillside...i'll be putting the cam,and all that other chit in this weekend...

just pics of some of the parts..everyone likes pics...LOL The 3 things in the bag are for the pushrod blocks to make sure they are on straight. On the steel breather, I "assume" that the "T" is the timing mark??

Got the cam and steel breather tube installed today.Camshaft endplay is .010-.009 useing a .055 shim and the original thrust washer...should be good i think??

Anyone got any secrets to getting the piston off the rod? Or is there a tool you gotta have?

Wrist pin should just push through but you can use heat if it doesn't. A heat gun is best as no flame.

Stuff rags in the crankcases before flicking the piston circlip out.
