Haven't put the grip on yet, but just so you guys know, I stuck a piece of coathanger (straight) into an electrical drill and spun it back and fourth a few times (crawled around the inside of the grip) and it loosened it right up.
Once I have it all together, I'll snap a picture.
What should I use to lube the throttle handgrip? It's VERY sticky on coming back, even with the return cable adjusted loose.

Congrats on getting off the left grip.
Don't lube the throttle grip with anything. Just clean it as best you can.
Any lube you put in there will pick up dirt and make it harder to twist.
I've changed grips a couple times now and may again cuz I'm not sold on the Avons I put on and haven't had any trouble getting the left off. You may need to hit the throttle side of your bar with some sandpaper to get the throttle to work correctly.

The throttle is still a little sticky, I'll pull it apart when it's warmer.
There is also a tight bend (from previous setup) of the metal brake line, it doesn't seem to effect anything but if it does I suppose I will be upgrading the front lines to braided hose.
I realized several years ago that I could no longer ride with my wrists turned. Bars like that solved that problem when I built the chopper and monkey bars fixed the RG.
