They are stock with a 40 but I'm running a 52 (hand drilled) and I can't really tell a difference.
Did you change yours and if so could you tell a difference?
I have not changed mine...They webt from the 40 to a 60 in the video? im curious if it makes a difference? If you are at 52 and cant tell of one then most likely not huh lol

I didn't do mine for matching drag pipes but to improve mpg.
Maybe you need a minimum of a 60 to see a difference.
When I spoke to an S&S tech he told to me to start with a 50 (ish) and see.
Actually S&S's do run an air bleed jet. It is replaceable in any carb made since 2004. Before 2004 it is made into the body of the carb.
I assumed his was older vintage Super E carb as the bike is a 1992 but, in truth, I did not
know their design had changed in the later models. Why I love this forum - even a 72 yo
fart like me ain't too old to learn.lol.
You can also modify the older ones to take an air bleed jet. How old is the carb??? Perhaps the throttle shaft bushings are shot. When they get worn you will have the problems you are describing.

carb is only 2 years old...Should be ok their I would hope anyway? **** does happen though
Installed new plugs, new wires, and messed with idle mixture some more yesterday before a 75 mile ride....Carb doesnt try to foul at idle no more! Hurray! But, now when I am running a long at speed and try to pop the throttle it either stumbles or makes a crackle through the carb and exhaust? So.....change air bleed?
