Gas Tank
I posted this on an different part of the site but was told to try it here. I have a 1994 FXLR and would like to know what years and tanks from other bikes will fit. I am having a hard time trying to find one. Any information would help.

From around 1992 on Harley changed the way tanks were vented(part no. 61006-92-prime).But,I don't think it would be to hard to use an older one with minor mods.Search "Allofcraigslist".Then,Fxlr tank.I found one in Florida just a minute ago.Place a want ad on this site.Or,look on Elvises site ,you will pay heavily from this Joker but he probably has one.Just take some time to search ,one will pop up.Or,Maybe aftermarket route-J&P,Taiwan Ted,etc.etc.,Good luck
