I'm trying to find info on rear wheel conversion. I all ready have a 16x3 spoked wheel but the hub is wrong. Is this conversion possible. Do I need any spacers once I find the right hub? Any info is appreciated.

You need a suitable wheel. Your bike is one of the last to have tapered roller wheel bearings. Any softail wheel from around the late 80s will fit (as will probably wheels from other big twin models). The alternative is to adapt your current 'new' wheel, but if you want any easy life sell it and get a suitable one!
Take GRs advice Or, just ditch the whole idea and stay with the solid wheel. Personally I dont like to clean and the rear wheel on mine gets filthy, the solid wheel washes up in a jiffy, spoked rear wheel take forever...I have both kinds...
BTW: These wheel come pretty cheap on flea bay and get fairly good reviews, bearings included but I think Id switch them out for timkins... http://www.ultimaproducts.com/60spoke80.html
GR, I'm beginning to see what you mean about an "easy life". Finding a suitable hub is not so easy. The reason behind just finding a hub rather then purchasing a new wheel was I will be disassembling both so I can send the hubs and halos out for powder coating. Just trying to save some coin seeing how I have a wheel all ready.
