Default Better compression releases.

anyone run a different compression release on there motor besides the ultima type. Or anyone know how to "MODIFY" the ultima type to stay open longer while starting? I have to hold down the rear comp release or the starter wants to kickback ......

had a set from VulcanWorks on my 80", got S&S ACR's on my 124, both have been flawless (the vulcanworks for the last 2 years)

if they're releasing prematurely the spring is probably shot. get another set, IIRC it was only $50 or so for the pair of mine.

They are, push in to start and then they shut themselves. The auto-release cams on the Twin Cams are way better.
