Ok here what goin on. (First started)Try to fire her up, and occasionally get the grinding starter. But she start just fine. After some riding in the rain I stored my bike for couple days came back out to start it did the grinding the starter. And the slow cranking over like battery was dead. Did voltage on battery read 11.5 not enough to turn the bike over I know. (Brand new battery with in the last six months). So I trickle charge it. Starts up fine I ride to school park for 3-4 hrs does the same thing grinding of the starter and slow crank as if the battery is dead. I ended up having to bump start the bike. And most likely will have to bump start it after work too. Where should I look next. It's any open belt primary if that's matters. I'm leaning towards voltage regulator. But I will check all connection on the starter see if that's the problem. Damn I hate electrical problems.
Add to this couple weeks ago the speedo went crazy on me well riding like it was stuck and drop to 40 I was going 60. And the other day the speedo did a reverse from zero when I turned it on.
I know that this is pretty basic, but these are the kinds of things that I overlook. Have you checked to make sure that the battery cables are tight? I just a similar issue and the positive battery cable had vibrated loose.

Sounds like a defective battery , your battery warrenty should still be good after only six months. Take it back and demand another battery.

Return the battery to point of sale and demand another through your battery warrenty.
Yes doc I know but this is my only social interaction. I'm really a six hundred pound dude in his mother basement. So I guess battery problem is the least of my worry lol
