2012 Heritage Softail Advice

I purchased the Vance & Hines 3" Round Slip Ons, for my 2012 Heritage Softail Classic. I bought the bike new, and I've put on 40,000 miles on it. First question, is there any other gaskets, clamps, etc. I'll need for installation? Second, any opinions on these particular Slip Ons?

Penetrating oil to get them off. A little Anti seize on the the ne w ones and new clamps. A tuning device and a dyna tune would be great,a pair of IED's would be ok.

Do not over tighten the 4 rear mounting bolts, you will snap them off. If you break one off, don't panic. If you ride it the broken piece will vibrate out. When you reinstall them you have to install the correct muffler first, or it will block the muffler clamp when you install the second muffler. A light spray of WD40 inside the front od each muffler will help them slide off easier. Do them on the side stand, not on a jack.
