Noise at 3100 rpm

Noise at 3100 rpm
2016 road glide ultra 110 tire shredder kit true duels has a rattle only at 3100 rpm in all gears.Dealer checked rear wheel inner fairing and upper motor mount Now the dealer is telling me it's normall and that all 2016 road glides make that noise even the 103. Sounds like bs to me.Going to another dealer tomorrow for a second opinion.Anyone else heard a noise like the ball inside of a spray can at 3100 rpm in all gears ?

Yes it was tuned it makes a little over 100 hp and 120 ft pounds of tourque the noise is not a ping like bad gas or lugging in to low of a gear. It sounds like a spray can being shook at 3100 rpm. It only makes this noise at 3100 rpm in all gears and sounds like it's coming from the front right side of the motor

That's a tell tale sign of rocker shaft noise. Have a look around my website, might be just what you need.
