I have 06 scremin eagle Fat Boy 103 C.I., at 1000 mile service had D&D 2 in 1 Boarzzilla, K&N, SERT, trip. plat. plugs, 8mm wires, no engine mods. right at 100 H.P. & 100 Tourqe, was going to do some engine up-grades but like the way it runs and SOUNDS the header really has a wicked sound going thru. the gears on high side and pipe has a performance baffle in side of pipe and I set off all the car alarms and that is when I'M trying to get out of my hood, the neighbors are really pissy about my bike but have tryed to keep it down but they glare at me even when I'M in my Pick-Up, they stand in there yards with a water hose and that is as much of a Thrill they have, I like to live a little and take a chance on my sled but they do not like it.Sorry for Rant just started my bike in garage and neighbor comes out and glares at me and finally I said what the F... are you looking at! And then he goes in house.
I am fairly new to the forums and engine builds but I do have a build that is almost identical to yours and here is how mine came out for comparison.Ported and Polished heads, 9.8:1 compression, 37G cam, Adj. Pushrods, SERT, Rinehart True Duals, Wiesco Flat Top Forged Pistons, Jugs Bored to 95". My Dyno is SAE 4th gear runs.
98.09 Horsepower
103.93 Torque
I have included a picture of my Dyno and My 2006 Road King Custom.
I do have one question, what is the difference between smoothing 5 and smoothing 3?
