I have read what I could find on this forum about the wild pig exhaust. Those of you that may have this exhaust what are some pros and cons? I am thinking of getting the wild pig pipes slip-ons for my 07 road king and I like how they sound just wanted to know what others thought.
I have them and love them.good price,sound-not extremely loud but will bark when on the gas.Along with K&N AC and PC111 it really woke bike up over stock, heat no longer an issue with me.I dont get the mileage others here claim, maybe 39mpg if stuck behind granny. Some sites sell blems and have been told you will have a hard time telling where the flaw is?You cant go wrong.
Thanks!! I found some really cheap that are the flaws but they claim you can't find the flaw and they are new. I believe I will give them a try, thanks again!
I have a 07 FLHTC that is bone stock. Just clicked 2K miles on it and am thinking WildPigs.
My buddy has them on his 05 EGC and sound great. However his is an 05 and he has done lots of performance mods. Stage II etc.
He claims I can just put on the Piggies without any other mods or ECM changes or Air Filters and the bike will run fine and it won't effect the performace in a negative way. he tells me I only need to worry about such magic as EEPROM flashes and PCIII thingies.. when I change the air intake.
Is this correct? Am I cool with just changing to Piggies right now without any negative effects? How about when I want to finally do an upgrade to the breather at a later date?
