Got my cam bearing tools (TC88 Inner removal) and I was mistaken on the tool, Thought the installer was also a removal tool too. Anyway, got the install tool today it was missing two pieces, as soon as I called him, he said, it is this and this number, right?
Yep, how did you know, lol , he said a couple set got out that way and he discovered it too late, didnt know who got them.
Anyway while I was on the phone with him, I told him I mistook the tool for a dual purpose and needed the removal tool too, he said he would get my pieces and the removal tool right out priority mail, and he would pick up the freight on the additional tool! (almost 10.00...so) pretty good of him I think!
Now I see why he is recommended on here so HIGHLY! Great customer support.
Yup, he is Great to deal with. I have done about 5 orders from him and never had to call him for anything. In my opinion, thats the best customer service you could get....He's also got a cool new catalog out...
Well I got my other tool today, and ,, ummm, one of the two missing pieces from the first install tool. Maybe he misunderstood me when we talked about what was missing, I'll call him again tomorrow morning,,,, There are 4 pieces and 4 little thumb screw things for the tool that installs the inner bearings, and I got the big flat piece the long threaded piece and the 4 screws the first time, this time I got the larger of the other two pieces, but still missing that one,,
Oh well, I will have the parts this weekend, and should get it going next week I hope.
