Has anyone used this Cujo tool? It is supposed to allow the removal and replacement of the inner cam chain tensioner arm assembly with the cams still installed in the bearings.

I bought the same style of tool from what i believe is the original maker. Looks like that "cujo" tool maybe a knock off? Heres the original video showing the guy using it.


Now its been a few years since i bought it, but i remember the price being pretty high $$$ for what it is. The guy had no store set up or anything. I contacted him directly and sent a check thru the mail. He was great to deal with. The original tool i received was defective. I sent him an email with photos showing the problem and he couldn't have been more responsive and immediate to fix the problem by sending me another tool and paying for return shipping. I have used the tool a handful of times and its worked great. Both my bikes are still running the spring tensioners with no plans to change anytime soon so i figured I'd get my money out of the tool over the years. 35 dollars for the cujo tool seems reasonable as long as it works. But if it is a cheap copy, id rather support the original maker

I know this post is old, but I recently bought and tried the cujo tool from MC Spare Parts. Save your money. The cut-out that is supposed to catch the arm of the spring was not formed quite right. The tool was around 35.00 plus shipping, my local HD dealer charged me 45.00 to do it the conventional method. They did it while I waited.
