blown head gaskets

Default blown head gaskets
Bought 1997 FLSTS with 14k miles. Changed from Ness Big Sucker air cleaner to Hypercharger & installed 6" baffles in open true dual fishtail exhaust. Road for about 1500 miles & while chugging thru mountains blew rear head gasket. Bought Revtech 100 to replace motor while I did major overhaul to original motor. Blew rear head gasket on that motor after 192 miles. Replaced gasket & got 1 mile down the road before it blew again. I'm not riding hard, especially while breaking in new motor. HELP!!! I don't want to put rebuilt original back in bike till I figure out whether I'm cursed or there's a problem I don't see. Thanks![/align]

I usually replace the studs and if I don't I always check them to see if any of them have streched by measuring their length.

Sound to me like you are cursed,unless the rear head is seriously overheating or something like that .
