iwas at a bike show over the weekend and was talking to a guy from a bike shop and hes telling me that im wasting my money and time on doin a hq113 build on my 07 softail hes ststing that the cases on the 96in motors are no good and it wont hold up i have heard of the run out issues and crank bearing problems already so is this guy full of **** or aer there really problems w/ cases

Never heard of a case failing.......maybe he assembled his build with a too large of a hammer...lol
thats right doc...OR didnt know how to assembly a motor and wanted to sell a crate motor.....
There are people with 117's,124's, and 131's on stock cases..The only one i have heard of breaking was a guy that had a S+S rod go through it....ouchh.....
thats what i thought all i heard of was the crank issues but wanted to make sure figured he was talking out his *** just wish i could remember the company he worked for
