When you turn the laptop on let it start up all the way. Once its running, plug in the usb cable...You should get a little pop up that says new device found, usb(somthin or other)...then try to link. Thats what I had to do..Good luck

the new thing found pops up but says cant locat modlue when trying to link up.have another cable that has software maybe itll work If not zippers will be on phone.

Zipper's does have pretty good customer service on the phone. Someone is ususally there till 6. I was surprise last week when I called late and someone actually picked up the phone. My intention was just to leave a message to have someone call me back with an answer the next day. I useBill Lam's extension #107 (Only because I know Bill personally). But other guys there will pick up his phone if he's not there.

fixed it boxed and ready to ship another guys snding me money for it.I ordered ner carb willbe here tomorrow and Ill be riding tomorrow night.
