Engine Noise???
Hello, hopefully you can help.
I have the grinding/whirring noise from my 06 Road King (103 kit dealer installed) and I can't tell where it is coming from. This weekend I pulled the primary and re-torqued the compensator, checked the tensioner, and clutch. Put all new gaskets on it and took it out for a spin. When I got all warmed up I was cruising along in 5th and down shifted, it was still there. It sounds just like the nut hitting the primary case but its fine. I was thinking some kind of exhaust cover thing but I checked and its missing one clamp that I will replace.
If anyone has an ideas please let me know, thanks.
