Default What's The Trick

Ok whats the deal with the rear header nut ive tried every tool ive got and cant seem to get anything on it. maybe im the tool and am missing the obvious. Thanks Firesole

We use a 1/4" wobble drive extension.

Yup, same here. 1/4" universal, socket and extension.

Yup, 1/4 wobbly...But sometime the true dual pipe and stock headpipes need a 1/2 wrench cut in half for clearance. I call that the rhinehart wrench.

1/2" open end wrench cut in half works for me.

Also have the 1/4" drive with the wobble for after I get it loose with the wrench.

Hi Firesole,

Wedge the nut into the socket with a thick piece of paper so it doesn't fall out of the socket when you put it back.
