Ok, so I'd like to thank everyone who answered all of my questions, and helped me reach this point with my 103" correction. Here's my parts list....103" SE Flat Tops, SE Heavy Breather, SE Billet Cam Plate, PCIII, TW6G-7 cams, S&S Gears, Baisley Super Stock Heads....Don't know which exhaust to run with....either a Fat Cat (quiet baffle for TQ), or Rinehart 2-1. Suggestions?
Yeah, I already have the 103" installed. I did it before I knew about the wisdom of the HDF members. I listened to the dealer, and did the 103" flat tops, bored my stock cylinders, didn't change push rods, and didn't do any headwork. However, I didn't listen when they said that I didn't need a fuel management system. They were trying to sell me another download, but I opted for a PCIII. It makes 84 hp, 104 lbs tq. Pulls really hard, but cam dies at about 3700 rpm. I'm going to the TW6G-7, which is the exact same as the TW6-6, only in a gear drive.
See if the lowcat is availible for your bike. The regular FC will not work well with a lowered softail. The lowcat is the same pipe, but the muffle can is upswept a bit.

Really!!! I thought the Boarzilla was the only one made with the upswept muffler. I was wondering about draging the pipe on turns since my rearend is lowered. I will check this out as well.
beau, does the PCIII work well with your build? I have a PCIII as well and was wondering if it will be adequate for hotter cams and eventually a big bore kit.
Kerker 2-1 for me. They were/are standard issue on a lot of your Big Dog Choppers, and a lot of guys took up off to put on those fugly groundpounders. What's better, is you can buy off ebay for a buck and a half or so... Not so with the other's.
BTW, I think that the V+H pro pipe is fugly too, along with the boarzilla.
The fatcat is ok though, had heard some issues with their baffle coming loose a while back, don't know if that's the case anymore.
