Dad has a 92 flhs with ev27 cam, new lifters and adj pushrods. Pushrods were adjusted like directions said, but still hear lifter noise. Cam looked great and bearings were in great shape. We turned the pushrods 15 flats. Is this enough or should they be adjusted out farther. Thanks for your help.

FWIW I started out with 21 flats, and ended up with 24.
Not positive but I believe the instructions with the S&S PR's say 3.5 turns.
Good rule of thumb, is .140"-.150" into the lifter, regardless of the turns/flats.
This type of adjument method insures that when the engine grows at temp, the lifter is still completely pumped up, and helps keep the valve train quiet.
