I might need to up the injectors to 4.89 and the part # is 27797-07. It's reference is to the SE throttle body in the adds. Will these fit in the standard stock 07 tb?
Next question is, with a 113 B motor maxed at 5800 rpm do I really need to up the injectors or will the stock units be ok?
Ron
Ron,
I ran the SE throttle body and the 4.89gm/sec injectors on my 120 without any issues. For your 113, I would recommend the SE injectors, tuning is easier with the injectors runing at a lower duty cycle. The injectors will fit in the stock TB
Ron-
Are you going with all HQ parts on your 113" build?
Yup. Kicked around the 107-113 long enough. Weighed the pros and cons for my application and decided to go with the 113. In the process of packing things up for HQ and Darkhorse.

Glad to see that I'm not the only one going to a 113" this winter. Mine is in 1,000 pieces right now, but I'm not going with all HQ parts. I only bought a set of pistons from them, because they were the -7cc dish that I was looking for. I had Scott at Hillside bore a set of SE 4.060 jugs to 4.065 to match. My cases are on a big brown truck right now, headed to JD's Cycleworks to be bored, and Timken conversion done. I didn't go with all HQ parts because I already have a set of Baisley Heads that I love, and T-Man 590 cams, HPI 55mm t/b, and SE 4.89 injectors. Oh, and I've already had a stock crank re-worked by Darkhorse. Good luck with your build Ron....I hope it turns out killer!

About the only good thing for winter is giving us time to do this kind of thing. Already looking forward to hitting that start button for the first time
Your build sounds awesome. Keeping the belt, or gone to a chain already? I'll try self control first and if that won't work most likely chain will be next.

The belt situation is to be determined.....I'm really leaning toward staying with the belt for now, and seeing what happens. I'm researching Falcon SPC belts. They have one that's only distributed by BDL, and they claim it's 33% stronger than stock. It's only $178, as opposed to the MOCO belt being $215. My 103" made 107/107, so we'll see how much more power I can squeeze out of the 113". If I break the OEM belt, I'll probably replace with the Falcon....IF I break that one, it's a chain for me!

33% is a substantial increase. Good to know about products like this. As with you, chain is a last resort and will avoid it if possible.
