Thunderheader
Thunderheader is kind of dated in it's design.
I prefer D&D fatcat 2 into 1 header with full heat shields.
Super quality, different baffles to chose from and the performance is unmatched.
You can get them in chrome or black.

My riding partner has one on his FLHT. People complain about build quality, but his appears OK, not great but good. The headpipes blue easily especially if it runs lean. The sound is dynamite but loud if you twist it. I run a Roadrage, similar build quality, maybe a touch better, a little quieter, not much though. Great sound. Both do well on the dyno.
I agree with the above post, but thunderheader has a big following. From what I have seen personally, their products thedn to not have the best finish on them. A buddy had a black one on his Dyna and after about a year the finish looked like crap. Easy fix to by painting it again, but for my money I get what has the best fit and finish as well. I just got a D&D fatcat on my ride, the finish is great, but it has not been long enough to comment on it's longevity after 6 days.
