Default 80 ci upper end upgrades

needing some info. i have a 96 heritage softail with aprox 60,000 miles on it, i know its time for upper end work. when riding i run out of throttle at 90 mph. i recently installed a zipper single fire ignition system with a dyna s coil. ive been looking at zippers 80/80 EvolutionŽ Big Twin Kit to use for my upper end rebuild. my question is does anyone know much about this kit or possibly some other options to gain more horsepower and top end. thanks and ride fast and take chances.....

A rock-solid combination that we have done at least 75-100 time is this;
At 60,000 your way past the point of new lifters, so you'll need a set of those.
Valve job, to include mild port mods and valve size increases.
Bob Wood W-6 cam
Wiseco 10.1 cr forged pistons
Dyna Ignition
OE carb, Mikuni 42, or S&S E, all work very well
Cycle Shack, or S/E slip-on mufflers, or most 2/1 headers.
This will go MINIMUM of 80hp and 90 ft/lbs.
If looking for more, them a Wood 8 cam, set at 10.8 cr, with all of the above, and you be witnessing a dyno report that'll show you 92-95 hp, and 92-95 ft/lbs. Folks won't believe that it is an 80"er.

Default options

Many good options out there for an 80" Evo, Baisley, Hillside, etc. I like the stage 2 or stage 4 cnc ported R&R heads myself and have had many happy customers report that the quick torque is a lot of fun. They start great, run cool, and smooth with the matched air flow they have.
