85 CC Heads
2" Intake Valve
1.6125 Exhaust
The flow numbers registered at:
280 CFM Intake
233 CFM Ex
I'd say with those numbers in combination with 11:5:1 pistons
and a Woods TW68G-7 (.678) lift cam, 54mm HPI TB, Boarzilla, and a few other odds and ends, all tied into the heart of a 124 CI, I think I'll have a pretty strong 124 No?
Who would care to take a guess at what my HP/TQ numbers will be in the end?
Comments about the flow numbers?

You should be like 289cfm plus on intake exhaust looks good. My OP..
I would say 140 plus hp.. When we build 124 kits we see about 144/148 easy hp... Good luck looks good... But we use Tman 650G or a Tman 715G
715 puts us up at 155 plus hp when we use that cam.....in the 124 kits....
Again good luck looks good so far......

Call us today, and we can push it through one of our engine programs.
Can fax results if needed.

Got big injectors in?
Hot Diggety Dog.
Wolfgang Grasser did my heads 3 years ago, paperwork somewhere around, but I remember the flo numbers were 280 for the heads. Wolf does good work for sure.
200 original for the TB (46mm) and 240 after he cleaned it up some. So you do need that bigger TB for sure.

HPI has a 62mm/1.800" ports, that'll get-r-done.
Just installed one of those on a 124"er that we built for a client in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
With reworked 110" heads,(185 cfm @ 10" @ .700 lift) and a Wood 9F, it rolled 148/148.
That bike also has 3.37 gearing, and the client was "visibly" shaken, after the first test ride.

the 55mm TB is 50% more cross section that a 46mm. And probably cleaner airflo.
The 55 should flo in the neighborhood of 325-375.
Have no idea to the actual needs of a hot 124 engine.
Started to figure it up but it made my head hurt.
I can't wait to see the wife's face when she holding on for dear life. Of course her nails being dug into my side will not be too much fun. OH well.
If a highly perfected/polished HPI 54mm TB with 6.2 injectors and 1.8 runners chokes, I'll step it up a knotch or two.
Thanks guys

Now she knew what was what cause I had had before the 1973 Harley Superglide, a 1971 I think it was, Kawasaki H2-750 2 stroke. that Thing would lift the front wheel, with just a roll on AND leaning forward, in the first 3 gears.
I came to a on ramp and in third gear opened that Honda up. 9K RPM in a blink, shift, shift.
I still have scars from that. Her fingers almost met on both sides. The handles were almost real handles with loops.
She forgot it didn't have any kind of backrest. I did too.
