Default Slipped balancer sprocket

2005 FXST 65k miles going to do big bore 95" and hyd conversion with andrews 37n cam. My problem is vibration all the time, I've read some about slipped balancer sprockets what is the fix for it I don't want to purchase a crank?

Cases need to be split, and the sprocket needs to be re-timed/tack welded in place.
