Default 103 build wood cams Update, what do you guys think?

Ok, so far my cases are split, crank is out.
Wood 555 cams are in cam plate(390). Easy to do. Cams ride on camplate no press needed to get cams out.
Cometic complete gasket kit(200). With 0.027 thick, and 3.875 bore Head Gaskets.
Screamin Eagle crank bearing (40)(lefty) pressed in.
Timken crankcase bearings for the cams(20) not yet installed.
CrankShaft runout is 0.0015, but going to send to Revolution Performance to get Trued, pluged welded and balanced, I might have them install h-beam rods for future builds.
Heads are glass beaded ports and runners(50). STOCK (unmachined) front chamber volume is 85cc(40), rear head is 85.5cc, SE compression releases(78) machined installed(110), Stock spring presure on valve seat is 139lbs +- 2lbs..
Pushrods SE tapered (150)
Pistons are cast flattops (165), coated skirts. 103 (3.875 bore)
Jugs have a piston to deck height of .005 Stock (unmachined)
Cranking compression = 191.3
Static compression = 10.06:1
Dynamic or corrected comp. = 9.23:1
Compression values are based on .125 top ring land and 3.825 piston top before heat expansion.
SE clutch plate not yet installed(25)
Exhaust heat wrap((60)
TOTAL $ so far without crank work $1328
I'm expecting 95hp 106tq, wanting to be over that 100/100 mark

Future upgrades may include head porting, and or .010 over forged pistons if I dont like these cams. Im still thinking I want something like a 408-44 wood grind. SE compensator, SE 50mm bore throttlebody with bigger injectors(when head porting is done)

I've ready a few threads that say the TW555 "shines" at 10.5:1. If it were me, I'd shave the heads down just a bit to up compression.

That's where we have been setting them.

You should be over 100 hp. So far so good. Keep us up to date.

We ran a few 103 10.7.1 comp Tman 555 and Tman stage 1 heads an have seen 113 hp
Even the guys from Las Vegas HD Harley are seeing the same numbers on the same build.

Good luck with it.

No TMAN 555 if you are asking me.
I am just saying with what he is using he should see over 100 hp on his build with every thing he is doing.

So you guys think I should shave till I see 10.5 static?
I hear that for every .007 off the bottom is 1cc. So now Im thinking shaving them .035. This will bring me to 10.41:1 static, but will raise my CCP to 200psi Is this going to be too much for 93 octane?

Set it at 10.4. It'll run great.
You'll be in good shape, with 93.
